We appreciate the majestic, natural beauty that surrounds us here on the Kitsap peninsula, and are committed to doing our part to ensure that we all have a safe, friendly and respectful community through which we can enjoy our time in such a wonderful little corner of the globe.

Pay HOA Dues

Payments can be made the following ways:

Cash and money order at the local Kitsap Credit Union (account number 589323)
Mail to 8202 NE State Hwy 104, #102-267 Kingston,WA 98346
Online (There is a convenience fee).

The Dues are $300.00 for the year and need to be paid by September 30th every calendar year. Late payments will result in a 12% interest increase on dues. When making a deposit online or in the local branch please make sure to put your name and house # so your balance will reflect your payment.
